Thursday last week I went to photograph the (something something how do I translate that to English..) “Appreciative Inquiry February Conference” thingy organised by the “National Knowledge Center for Strength based learning” (or simply viss.no). Some very interesting seminars and workshops even though this is a bit outside of my field of practice. What interested me the most was to hear about “troubled” teens getting the attention, supervision and freedom needed to become a valuable asset in the work force! Good stuff.
