Thomas, who runs Mad Goats Kayak (where I took my kayaking course), asked me if I could come by one of their saunas to take some portraits, so I did. Little did I know he was working on his start-up FORGE which focuses on optimizing health and longevity, and also wanted some quick product shots. I played around with the ever shifting sunlight and a reflector with some luck, but we arranged to meet up again later to do some proper product shots.

Some of the products that FORGE sells is blue light blocking glasses and red light therapy items such as the baseball cap and a face mask.
